Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're are more than happy to help!
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) Your item must be in the original packaging.
3) If you received a defective item in the mail.
4) If the item described online, was different from what you received in shipment.
5) Email us first, with complaint and proof of complaint.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your item is approved: We will initiate a refund in the form of a "store credit" refund code, to be used in our online store. Refunds will only be issued in the form of a "store credit", and will NOT be returned to the customers credit card.
You will receive a "store credit" refund code, via email, within 1 to 2 business days after your return is approved. Enter the code at checkout, to see refund subtracted from your total, in your cart.
A $3 stocking fee will be subtracted from your issued refund amount, unless item was defective).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Monies for return shipping fees, will NOT be applied to your "store credit'.
